Trustpilot updated its brand guidelines, hunting down non-compliant websites these days. And we were asked to remove text reviews from our customers, non-compliant images, and even the text links pointing to our Trustpilot profile page.
Since we can’t get any value from the Trustpilot system, the current situation leaves us no choice but to find an alternative platform or develop our own review system.
